Penbrooke Farrow and Ball Scallop 331
Proof that Christmas magic lives in the details…antique ornaments, bottle-brush trees, a crystal bowl, and a cabinet door dressed as well as your holiday party guests. ✨ Scallop No. 311 on out Penbrooke door is giving soft glow meets vintage sparkle, and honestly? We’re smitten.
There’s a certain kind of Christmas that feels stitched together from memories. A Christmas that is soft, sparkling, and a touch old-fashioned. This palette brings that feeling to life.
Mouser’s Penbrooke door in Farrow & Ball Scallop No. 311 sits at the center, its ribbed detailing catching the gentle winter light like the pleats of a handmade ribbon. The color itself, a warm, creamy neutral, feels like the glow of a candle in a snow-covered window, or the soft pages of a cherished holiday book.
Surrounding it are antique ornaments nestled in a crystal bowl, the kind that clink softly together as you lift them from their tissue paper. Vintage glass bead garland winds through cedar branches, reflecting pinks, greens, and golds in a quiet shimmer. Blush-tipped bottle brush trees give the scene a nostalgic sweetness, like something borrowed from a grandmother’s mantel.
A scattering of fern-printed linens, soft stripes, and a mossy green tile keep things grounded in nature, while the richly patterned textile below hints at Christmas mornings spent on well-worn rugs near the tree.
We wanted to create a Christmas combination made of heirlooms, evergreen, and all the little treasures that make the season feel like home.
