Design Board – Low Country

Often, clients are weary about pairing bold colors with wood stains, but we think it makes the space look more luxurious! We turned to a custom Sherwin Williams Color, Rocky River, for our bold pop of color. Then we combined dark paints and warm stains to make the space feel warm and welcoming. This is the perfect Low Country space with a twist.

About the Designer, Julie Lyon
Julie started her design career early on during her undergraduate studies, interning with residential design firms in both Aiken, South Carolina and Montgomery, Alabama. She also, gained knowledge of sales and furniture construction while working international trade shows for a furniture company. In 2017, Julie earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University. Upon graduation, she moved to the Lowcountry to pursue her career in the Kitchen and Bath Industry with Center Point Cabinets in Bluffton, South Carolina. Julie is an active member of the Costal GA/SC NKBA Chapter, where she enjoys continuing her education in the kitchen and bath industry. When Julie is not in the office or on a jobsite, you find her spending time on the farm with her fiancé or relaxing at the beach with friends.
