The Scullery was designed to evoke the charm and functionality of a timeless European prep kitchen — a secondary culinary space where craftsmanship, hospitality, and everyday living intersect beautifully.
Rather than feeling purely utilitarian, the room embraces warmth, character, and layered materiality through beaded inset cabinetry, Carrara marble, checkerboard stone flooring, brass fixtures, floral wallcoverings, and furniture-inspired detailing. Every element was selected to create a space that feels collected over time while still supporting the practical demands of cooking, entertaining, storage, and preparation.
The overall design balances refined architectural structure with decorative softness, transforming a hardworking kitchen into an intimate, highly curated environment that feels both luxurious and deeply livable.
